Terms of service

Plain-language terms for proxies.st. Have counsel review before you rely on this text in regulated or high-risk contexts.

Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing balance or plans, or using any proxies.st API or proxy endpoint, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our acceptable-use rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We provide access to a large, rotating pool of checked proxy endpoints. Pool composition, size, and performance characteristics may change at any time as we ingest, validate, and retire endpoints.

Acceptable use

You may not use proxies.st to violate applicable law, to attack or harass people or infrastructure, to send unsolicited bulk communications, to commit fraud, or to circumvent technical or contractual protections of third parties without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access — without refund where misuse is clear — if your traffic degrades the pool for others, triggers abuse reports, or violates these terms.

Nature of the service

Proxies are sourced and checked at scale; they are not marketed as residential ISP exit nodes. Latency and uptime are monitored but are not guaranteed. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws and policies that apply to you and to your downstream users.

Accounts, balance, and plans

Access is tied to your account token and optional API keys. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials. Plan duration and pricing follow what is shown at purchase time. Balance and subscription state are determined by our records.

Deposits and refunds follow the payment and credit policies we publish at the point of sale. Crypto or other settlement flows, where offered, are final once credited unless we state otherwise in writing.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of proxies or the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms or the product from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and the “Last updated” date below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
